So, from the over-the-top FAB, to the simply understated, SHE Floral Design Co works together with our clients with the addition of flowers, to enhance your grand affair. Our floral and design services are tailored to meet the requests of our clients.
From boutonnieres to bouquets, centerpieces to canopies, ceremonies to receptions… we will make all the arrangements covering your floral needs with glitz and glamour every step of the way! With your partnership, we can transfer any space into a dazzling, warm and unique environment for you and your guest to celebrate your blooming journey as Husband and Wife.
During our first phone consultation... The goal is to educate the client on our pricing structure based on what your needs might be. Since most brides visit us about a year prior to their wedding, more than likely, you may not not have established your specific needs like color palette or even design style. However, we have found that most brides still want an idea of pricing. Because of this, we will provide you with an round-about pricing that is based on the design ideas discussed. This is not intended to be a full design consultation but rather an information session on getting to know each other and how we can service you.
Brides that have all the details ready to go we off a design experience, together we will brainstorm styles and concepts, color pallets and types of flowers that will add interest and texture to your wedding flower décor. Please be prepared with inspiration. Pictures, color swatches, fabric and anything else that you feel will help style your wedding décor. This consultation will take 45-90 minutes. Total floral and decor budget will be expected so that we can provide creative ideas within your budget. Following this detailed consultation, a second meeting is scheduled to go over our detailed design proposal and contract for services. Should you decide to book your date with us, a signed contract and a retainer is required.
As our client, 3-6 months prior to your wedding date we will meet and go over all the details. Final payment is required at this time. At this meeting, clients may have more ideas to incorporate and we are always excited to embrace them creatively. Design mock-ups are great to request at this time. This will assist with bringing the vision together if you need more visuals.
